Rhett focuses on turning data into meaningful impact at organizations both big and small.
He has extensive experience leading policy position and data research projects for organizations including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Kauffman Foundation, Omidyar Network, the World Bank, and the Knight Foundation. Rhett is a Nonresident Fellow at the Brookings Institution, a Senior Fellow at the Center for American Entrepreneurship, and acts as an advisor to financial inclusion and mental health organizations.
Prior to Common Good Labs, Rhett served as the head of the research team at Endeavor Insight. He was previously a consultant at Bain & Company and the confidential assistant to the mayor of Baton Rouge.
He holds a B.A. in History from Louisiana State University and an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
