Rohit Acharya
Managing Partner

Rohit is a Nonresident Fellow at the Brookings Institution. He serves on the school board of the Environmental Charter School, the largest charter school network in Pittsburgh, and is a board member of New Sun Rising, a community development nonprofit.

He was recently appointed to the decennial Allegheny County Government Review Commission, which reviews the county's charter and recommends solutions to make local government more effective.

He previously worked as the Co-Founder and Chief Data Scientist of First Access, as a consultant at Oliver Wyman, and in portfolio management at Bridgewater Associates. He holds a B.A. in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Rhett Morris
Managing Partner

Rhett is a Nonresident Fellow at the Brookings Institution, a Senior Fellow at the Center for American Entrepreneurship, and acts as an advisor to financial inclusion and mental health organizations.  

He previously worked as the head of the research team at Endeavor Insight, a consultant at Bain & Company, and the confidential assistant to the mayor of Baton Rouge. He holds a B.A. in History from Louisiana State University and an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University.

Jason Wesley
Director of Policy and Advocacy

Jason is an experienced community organizer and an expert on policy and program development. He is an active volunteer, particularly with organizations focused on health and wellness as well as youth development.

He previously worked as a legislative staffer at the Louisiana House of Representatives and as a campaign manager. He holds a B.A. in Business Management from Louisiana State University and a J.D. from Southern University Law Center.
